Hell Girl - Vol.1

Hell Girl - Vol.1 This anime has been getting some bad representatives since its release, the words’ boring’’slow ‘and’ formulas’ to keep me jumping. I believe this is largely due to the very misleading trailer courtesy Apocalypse films made Hell Girl appears the second coming of Death Note, which certainly isn’t-and, of course, that raises everyone’s expectations. However this disappointment should not ruin your enjoyment of this charming little show.

Hell Girl is not nervous, fear and violence, as suggested by the trailers, that is, in fact, quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. Each episode moves at a gentle pace and predictable, but I have never found boring, I do not enjoy watching the bad get their comeuppance every time. There are some moral issues raised, intimidation, murder and cruelty to animals really do think as a reader and its very serious and sophisticated little show on more levels than it seems at first.

Episode 5 was a welcome break from the person in trouble, the person seeks vengeance, hell girl offers’ plot mold, and to discover what happens to those who seek to abuse the system for using Ai Hell as a tool for murder. If the program continues to explore these different ways Ai skills can be manipulated by man it can really interesting. The animation of this anime is by Studio Deen, best known for the impressive “Chihiro’s journey.”

Although the images are perhaps not used to its full potential yet this anime is beautiful, with less emphasis on flashy action scenes like many anime dark, and rather focuses on beautiful, deep rich colors, especially in the mysterious Ai, World of permanent sunset we see the preparation for his next collection soul of each episode. The music in Hell Girl is very impressive, the same disturbing orchestrational score is being used increasingly in the sky Ai takes your car burning to the human world and cooling but strangely familiar to me Goosebumps every time.

Funimation has, as always, proud of themselves in the dub-Brina Palencia is the soft-spoken, solemn Hell Girl Ai itself a good actress and so incredibly well adapted to his Japanese counterpart that I do not think anyone can complain a miscast. A small warning, if you like anime to move through the plot and character development at full speed, with a lot of blood and gore the action then you might want to lose a hell Girl, which is really patient fan who appreciates subtle sophistication as’ Mushishi ‘or’ Haibane Renmei.

I really hope that everyone who likes anime will give this one a mysterious attempt, which looks great, sounds great, has a lovely (if small) selection of characters, and have a lot of promise if taken in the right direction . Revenge has never tried sweet!

Saw III

Once again another horribly, horrible story that kept me looking over the sofa cushion of more than a few occasions. Definitely worth seeing especially if you’ve seen the other 2. I still believe that the first saw is the best.

Only because it was a new kind of horror film, something that had not seen before. Saw2 Saw III was very “Hollywood”, which is very irritating and I am glad they were all dead! Twist was good though.

Bring back to Saw 3. Gorey could be ugly, but the twists are so smart and never imagine that no matter how hard you try!

Always room for Saw 4!
