Nine Queens

Nine Queens is a very good film. The acting and script are top quality and twist the story is well designed and lovingly brought to life by both actors and film makers. All exudes an indie film that makes fascinating to watch, despite the modest pace of the film and the lack of anything to see, but the central characters.

However, the weather has been unkind to this film, because everything here has been made in the BBC drama ‘Hustle’ and all with greater and in a lively style that makes 60 minutes of Nine Queens two-hour runtime of this movie feels like a nuisance. If you like the genre, then I am sure you have seen ‘Hustle’ and so I simply can not recommend this film to the same people who called for - How sad is that? It’s a shame too, because, it is a very good film, but the agile punchiness ‘Hustle’ remake will taint the experience of watching this film and give away the twists almost before the opening credits finish rolling .

Only rent this if you’ve never seen ‘Hustle’.
