Babel

I liked this movie it is for me a study on the butterfly effect that something can happen and the consequences can be far-reaching. Beautiful scenery and great quality - its nice to see a stellar cast and the big names are discrete and added to the movies instead of being the center of it as such. Their faces lesser known to steal scenes.

The scenery is fabulous and I like his quiet, theres a nice feeling to see life happen in other cultures and scenes that wouldnt normally experience, a small dusty village in Morocco, a family wedding in Mexico, a club in Japan. I found the fascinating subculture also deaf simple techniques that allow passage into their world for a moment.

Runs very well, although how long jumping over a non-linear way can confuse those who do not like to think through a movie or arent used to it. I really enjoyed it and my partner prefers things the Alien movies, loved too.

I liked his generosity, not focused on big Hollywood names, but allow each actor to have his little hand and take a back seat to the landscape and a very simple story that is. But it is a story of humanity and care for the characters and engage in their experiences.

Authority gets a hard time, customs, police are insensitive and robotics and can not help the players available, despite their mistakes. We are all flawed, and anybody can be these people, a holiday goes wrong, a death in the family and that is its appeal.

Its as if history has been cut up and removed the time element, but it works for that. I wouldnt watch it again or want to go shopping, but id recommend it to anyone and I really enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this movie. Peter O Toole was great, especially the scene with Brad Pitt, who was one dimensional for most of the film, the killing machine bored, Achilles.

It would have been better shorter, but the extra length was not too much of a burden. The battle scenes are obviously computer-generated reality and the numbers are not even conceivable for a large-scale battle, why managers do this? Yes, the film adheres well to historical accuracy, but the result is the main story.

Such a measure is a bit like the Titanic, you know what will happen, but it still comes as a shock and a tragedy. It is a story worthy of an epic movie and you can always check the real history to detect the watching differences.Worth.

I had been waiting to see the movie - but do not think this clouded my expectations .. What a disappointment!

My partner complained in 15 minutes you start, urged him to give the film a chance to get going, but in 40 minutes, until my attention was the deficit! Documentry film seemed a very slow motion ‘- the action is not enough disjointedwith. Brad Pitt plays well - but does not think the character is stretched enough ..

Sam Rockwell and the character of Mr Liddle is a positive factor - there at the end of the movie …. but neither was I

I saw it because I had hired and could not believe he had ordered a turkey. Hmm .. Casey Affleck was nominated for an Oscar? Were they kidding???

Fight Club

When this film premiered at the cinema, I thought it was a senseless action movie … not only much more, but the film is not really about the struggle.

The best word to describe it is probably “subversive”. The film led me to read the book, which put Fight Club me in a great author - but Fight Club is his best work.

If you’re male and under 30 years, my impression is that going to love this movie - but be warned, is pretty unique for Hollywood, and may want more of the same. It’s fun, thought provoking, dark, twisted and funny.

Troy I was hoping the atmosphere, photography, great acting, impressive battle scenes and the spectacle of the film Gladiator. What results were actually wooden me (especially that of Pitt and Bloom, who seems better in films in which limited their lines) who do not care characters and dialogue that would not be out of place in an American soap.

The best actor in it (Eric Bana) did not last long, nor my interest. Yes, it looks beautiful and has beautiful people, but even the wonderful O’Toole could not save this tired old horse slaughter. My advice - see Gladiator (and again) or Jason and the Argonauts (the effects are similar).

What a total load of pap! I couldnt have been more taste in the mouth with this film.

Spectacularily The first was written and beautifully acted, the pure genius of a film. The second was not the norm, but there was still a plausible plot and it was fine to see. Oceans 13 was no reason Racey had a history as thin as Jodie Kidd and just made no sense.

A number of bags that did not fit the characters or the plot, and what I think too many were supposed to be related order silences that seemed really should have been included in the blupers because the actors had forgotten their lines and laughing could erupt at any time. It is a shame so many big names that have appeared in this well all of a movie.

Do not waste your time. Look again in the first place

I liked this film, I had heard bad about him, but gave it a go anyway. It is a great success in Hollywood with Brad in a skirt, and thats exactly what you get.

Moving in a deep analysis of character? No, but some struggle, love story enough to keep the bride happy and that brings the Iliad to the masses, albeit with a Hollywood Ending which is n’t true that the poem, but hey I give em any license. I was told that the film ignores the Greek gods, etc. Troy but it is not.

Are mentioned and play no role in the Trojan War anyway. Achilli referred to immortality and lets face it if it was really troy invincible might have fired one-handed no matter what Homer says (DOH!), That would be a very boring film.

With all good light entertainment which is quite faithful to the Iliad til about halfway through. I think people are playing their authenticity, you probably have not read the Iliad and the people playing the film had too high expectations.

Babel A wonderful film that shows that poverty is similar between human beings, no matter what part of the world they live, what language they speak, and religion that are … four stories that show how different he feels powerless in a situation never imagined in a dream … and all the stories loosely connected with each other to give the film is unity. It is beautifully crafted, the changing scenery from deserts to skyscrappers Maxicar Japanese, Moroccan rugged mountains, presents well and is a story so compelling to watch. It is a film of its kind, totally absorbing, emotional and comforting to realize that human beings feel pain the same way, no matter where they live … Full recommendation for lovers of cinema class …
