I found this film quite average to be honest. The scenes of Vietnam is handled very well, and added a different background heist film.
However most of the characters in the film were dimensonal what you did not care for them, which removes the impact of the piece. Storywise seemed shallow and very cliché. It has some good set pieces and action scenes Tho and Nam Gorey pretty scene “that can make men winch.
Tho in general is a “hood” movies, and I found that other films in the genre to do better. (Also as part of this is on one side of the coin of older”DVD, so you have to turn around half way to see the 2nd part of the movie)

For us it was the second of the Grind-double house of Rodriguez and Tarantino, we really enjoyed the movie Death Proof and gave us an idea of what to expect here in this retro style horror Zombie. Pleasantly Planet Terror does not let you down, Rodriguez gets in this space, the story is classic in all aspects, acting, sets, dialogue and most of all the pure ridiculousness of many scenes! The story follows Wray (Freddy Rodriguez) and his ex-Cherry (Rose McGowan), as a group of local residents struggling to survive a zombie bio venture creation is released into the air.
The action is perfect for the style and genre, and the pace is fast and action-packed keeps you connected at all. Planet Terror is not even close to shock modern day terror, but contains a lot of blood and should appeal to a variety of potential viewers, however, I suspect that fans of the classic zombie movies will appreciate more! This film is full of stars, and includes cameos by Tarantino himself and Bruce Willis.
Filled with action, gore and a lot of zombie classic Crazy Fun. Nice 8 / 10. 4 Stars.

I thought so many problems with this movie … I would give special effects and action of 10 to 3. If you think about this movie many pages of the lines of the main characters do not have? I doubt every main character had more than 2 pages of lines.
This film was made because the director was like a kid in a toy store. I was playing with all the special effects that occurred to him. The special effects I had to see this movie, but a lot of good actors are wasted in this film.
It could have unknowns, like the movie ‘Flight 93′. I was also surprised how much time people were holding their breath under water.
One thing is holding her breath underwater for a long time, but when you’re in a stressful situation the amount of time they can hold their breath under water is greatly reduced.

I loved the original adventure, Poseidon was a bit dubious to see this, but my son wanted to see, so I went along planning to sleep while he watched. I was really pleasantly surprised.
The story is good, but knew the end. Obviously, it’s basically the same as the original.
The
the characters are not very attractive because it does not get to know them before the boat turns around so I would not matter much when someone dies. The special effects were good but I missed the Christmas tree.
I see it again if it was on TV and there was nothing else on - but I’m sure I fell asleep on this occasion.

What a great movie. Some might say hard to see, but I enjoyed every minute of this nail biting journey drugged.
Christian Bale is so nuts about this. The main characters of double personality seems to be delivered across borders, countries and functions you have when you are there.
In the U.S. spends the day with his best friend getting drunk and smoking marijuana.
Across the border in Mexico is your dream. A woman who loves him no matter what.
He wants to have a career and then marry her. In the army was just another soldier.
As its jouney to madness reaches its climax you can see that their worlds are about to collide. This is a great film. Convincing, sometimes violent and shocking, but well worth seeing.

The film is generally a good film, however, could have been much better. There are flaws that really pitcher against the tide of history, and there are too many people involved really care about any of them. More serious is a character flaw, a snobby film critic, who seems to be in the film only to point out that if the critics do not like this movie, then it is because they forgot how to enjoy movies years ago and not listen to them and if adults do not like this, is because they forget how to be a child.
Any movie that feels it has to say how old you have to be
it is difficult to enjoy treading ground. With a little editing this could have been an excellent film.
The mythology of the creatures seem interesting but understated. The cast are generally sympathetic with Giamatti is in excellent form once again.
Bryce Dallas Howard (as the mysterious girl in the water) is perfectly cast, its mysterious beauty unconventional adding mystery of his character. Address M Night is as strong as ever, with some moments of high jump and the elements of Hitchcockian suspense thrown in. Music complements, rather than process controls.
In total there is a great film here. Somewhere. However, the defects make the flow too much, and work against the fabric of history.
