Closer

What a disappointment! I missed this in the cinema and was looking forward to receiving the DVD but I wish I had not bothered now. I thought it was unrealistic and played terribly (why people make a fuss about Jude Law?

I totally do not get it). I think Closer is very difficult to enjoy a movie when I have no empathy for any of the characters and can relate to situations. I almost left this movie before the final, but somehow managed to gather enough interest to wait and see what happened, but it was really worth the wait.

Everyone Says I Love You

Everyone Says I Love You This is a nice sweet film, but not a lot you can say about it. If you like Allen’s stuff, you’ll enjoy it.

Never mind the fact that it is a musical, but it’s a shame that with all the talent that is out there, Allen could not have used the brand spanking new songs rather than repeat the age level (which seems rather contrite times). A curious fact though: none of the actors knew it was a musical until after they signed their contract.

As a movie, so I certainly did not look twice, and is not a patch on some of his others but it’s better than a blow to the teeth. 2 Stars.

Mona Lisa Smile

Mona Lisa Smile Within the first 10 minutes of this film became obivious that this was becoming a “Dead Poets Society for girls, the main problem is that they have the charm of Robin Williams and Julia Roberts in it, which was very well for this function, act as if simply does not care at all. I like Julia in some of their functions, but the spark in it simply was not there for me, along with this, the story was very slow and it was not anything interesting.

Ok for a quiet night, I suppose, but be careful its not something we could see again and again

I was a member of the SS for some time and until now have been forced to write a review. This movie made me write my first.

It’s garbage. I still think, at any moment will get better, never did.

It got worse much worse. Julia Roberts?

Tes? pretending to be Julia Roberts .. eh ..

The ‘Best Thief in the world Zetas “Dad .. Is this a joke or was the writer a bit stoned at the time? Oh, yes, now it’s a good idea, laughing laughing.

So many good players as a bad move. Over-stylized - Yes, and just for the sake of it. Selfish - Yes

It leaves you feeling empty, disappointed and almost fooled. 11 was pretty good, the case of Thomas Crown was good too.

The catch was even better than this. Grr.

Grr. Grr. If I had been in the movies, probably would have left 1 hour and 21 minutes in this film.
