Party Monster

MacCaulay Culkin is trying to establish itself as a credible actor for adults. I understand that, but this is just a poor movie, too “country” for its own good. Based on a true story, I can remember when the boys made their TV Drive

talkshow appearances. It is actually the excesses Party Monster of this film in order to spoil it.

I laughed at how bad some of it was. I can not believe that Seth Green could be so bad either. I did it with this stick in the hope that there would be some credibility to the final.

All that was left was a disappointment.

Jacob’s Ladder

I have always heard of this movie is disturbing and it was. Jacob is the fight against his own mind and the forces of evil are out to get him.

You are never sure if these forces imaginng some bad or if they are present in reality, change the sequence of the experience of war of the past history and what Jacob s Ladder Assuming this is, however, is difficult to rationalize what is real. There is a strong sense of threat that has the feel of a bad trip with the stench of paranoia and menace.

It is a great movie and really enjoyed it. The revelation at the end is surprising, however I thought the end was unsatisfactory for this type of absorption of the film.
