Creep

I know that London Underground staff are not the best in customer relations, but this is ridiculous … I fear that this “horror” does not suspend their disbelief. Disbelief is suspended is not primarily the script was deemed worthy of public spending.

Actually, I can not believe it. When I see the Film Council logo UK at the beginning of a movie, I know it will be bad. They must act together and start spending our money to make decent scripts.

As Eric Morcambe once said, after he was accused André Previn playing the wrong notes, “I’m playing the right notes … not necessarily in the correct order.” That’s more or less how this script - all the cliches of terror are there, I just do not seem to be in the correct order.

I laughed when he was supposed to be on the edge of my seat, because the plot is so absurd and people acting irrationally. Except when they are expected to behave irrationally. For example: (SPOILER) Two characters have been locked in a cage subterraneous in two feet of water, by a bloodthirsty murderer.

Then discuss what to do next, as we have heard of the Northern line is closed and they need to work how to get to Camden from Leicester Square. It’s lazy writing.

But that’s what you get from the UK Film Council.

Black comedy bite Gregor Jordan is located in a U.S. military base in West Germany just before the fall of the Berlin Wall.Joachim Phoenix plays a soldier trying Wheeling Elwood playing the black market for full value, besides being largely in the production of heroin for a Turkish local gangster. He can out with all this as his superior (Col Burman - Ed Harris) can run rings around …. Burman’s wife also services on the side as well - life is …. good until new staff sergeant shows up and finds his life upside Elwood down. The new sergeant Robert Lee (Scott Glenn) who wants nothing to do with the flash lifestyle Elwoods (Japanese television, the car Mercedes), and states that down.Elwood take him discover that his teenage daughter Lee (Robyn - Anne Paquin) is the basis and decides to mess with the head of Lee by dating her - all it does is send Lee to an even greater fury and things complicated when Elwood discovers she has real feelings for her. … just when a major Buffalo Soldiers shipment of heroin for processing …. Everything is played terrificly - the soldiers are bored with nothing to do and see your marketeering Elwood as a distraction until it can leave the Army and several other soldiers, are in on the various scams or are addicted …. addicts over some formidable weapons ….. Phoenix is as excellent as always and Harris plays against type as a bumbling Burman - (he usually plays the character and the most difficult was to originially the role of Lee, but thought it more interesting Burman) and chews everything in sight Glenn - that inhabits the character with their sadistic pleasure …. a tremendous film performance.Obviously any portays that the U.S. military on anything but a heroic light going to have problems …. this permiered on September 7, 2001 …. 4 days before the world changed and was shelved get a limited version of a couple of years later ….. but still considering as unpatriotic …. its very funny and as a satire on the army is up there with mashed potatoes and Catch 22 - phenomenal things.

Creep

I was less than impressed with this horror, although I reseaon why three stars is because there were some great elements to it. I never seemed to gel in the fantasy film that should have been.

The opening credits were boring … FF through those. The dark tunnels, and scary ones, but it has boring after a while.

He tried to be really horrible scenes of Hack and Slash, but they were gross rather than scary because there is no real motivation behind them. The whole premise that the monster was based was never explored and it is a pity, since it could have been the most interesting part of this film. You are left with a real feeling that something is missing.

It feels like the director wanted to have multiple monsters in the film and that’s where the feeling of missing something that comes into play what could have been a horror, but unfortunately the director made some bad decisions about the story.

I was not sure what to do with this film, when it appeared the trailer had me interested enough to want to see it, very exciting, but not the kind of film that would go for, if u like Catherine Cookson and Nicholas nickely then u will like it enough This film, about a girl that her parents can no longer maintain and Intoto l world comes independently in a Cinderella Environement hard work has a strong interest in art and the owner of the cellar of the house has a taste for their cause in the fight home, worth watching on a Sunday afternoon.

I’m not really sure what to make of this film. I wanted to like it, as I like both Joseph Fiennes and David Wenham as actors, and having seen both Joe and Adrian Lester on stage last year, I’ve been a bit more of a collector in relation to their films. However, this film left me cold.

It is more violent than I expected, although as a young man of 18 who may well be my fault. But I never felt so alone I cared enough about the characters.

There was too much change between past and present, and the story was broken. Not a bad movie if you like or DW JF, but otherwise, it s hard to see who would appeal.

Worth, Takeshi really knows how to put a movie together, but this is not in the same league as his films ‘Sonatine’ or ‘Hanna Bi’. Average Takeshi standards, but still much better than most.

Bombon El Perro

This is a beautiful film that pays loving homage to the landscape and people of Patagonia. Central to the film is not a magic show by professional mechanic Juan Villegas as redundant trying to continue living in the manufacture of knives. Never show discouraged and wonderful generosity of spirit to others despite their own circumstances punished.

In fact, due to the Bombon El Perro goodness his life takes a turn for the better (and stranger), when a grateful widow gives him a huge white hound. The film has excellent grip and emotional really care about the fate of John, almost from the time they clap eyes on it.

I can honestly say I have never been so happy to see two dogs copulating before!

After two very serious movies, men Oriented (Talk to Her and Bad Education), that s great to see Peter var Almod back on familiar ground with this piece feminine set. Film is very company with a few, so it would be unfair to reveal the plot enough to say that revolves around Pen Lope Cruz s relationship with his sister, daughter hard, recently deceased mother, and the terminally ill neighbor.

Cruz, returning to their native language after some serious Hollywood movies, gives excellent performance. He manages to make a difficult, often indifferent pleasant character. Var Almod also met with Carmen Maura, his muse of the 1980s, after a very public fall following problems on the set of Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.

Is it not in many scenes, but his presence really grounds the whole movie. In fact, the entire cast is excellent, there are five major parts of actresses, but in a year s the value of Hollywood films.

Overall then, this is fun, colorful and entertaining.
